The official publishing arm of the Church of Uganda. Since 1977 we have printed, published, and distributed Scripture, prayer books, hymnals, and educational materials in local and national languages across Uganda and East Africa.
Centenary Publishing House (CPH) was commissioned in 1977 by the House of Bishops to preserve and supply the official Christian texts of the Church of the Province of Uganda. For nearly five decades we have served readers, parishes, dioceses, and schools, translating and printing the Word of God and the liturgy of the church in the languages our communities pray and learn in.
From Bibles and hymnals to prayer books, parish registers, and approved Christian Religious Education coursebooks, our publications carry the trust of the church and the craftsmanship needed to last in everyday parish and classroom use.
Centenary Publishing House has relocated from Nalubega Complex to our new home at:
4 Colville Street, Ebenezer House, Kampala
directly opposite Christ the King Church.
