The official publishing arm of the Church of Uganda. Since 1977 we have provided prayer books, hymn books, catechisms, and parish registers in English and Ugandan languages to congregations across the country.
Centenary Publishing House (CPH) was commissioned in 1977 by the House of Bishops to preserve and supply the official texts of the Church of the Province of Uganda. For nearly five decades we have served readers, parishes, dioceses, and schools with the prayer books, hymn books, and records that support worship in the languages our communities pray in.
From Books of Common Prayer and hymn books to catechisms, confirmation guides, and parish registers, our publications carry the trust of the church and are made to last in everyday parish use.

We supply prayer books, hymn books, catechisms, and related materials directly to dioceses, to bookshops and retailers, and to individual readers at our Kampala bookshop and online.
We coordinate wholesale distribution and supply to agents who sell our books on our behalf across Uganda, so parishes can buy close to home.
Through dioceses, retailers, and our network of agents, we make our publications and church materials accessible throughout Uganda, from Kampala to parishes in every region.
