Order requests
When you submit an order on the website, you are sending us an order request. No payment is taken on the website.
Our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm availability, the delivery cost, and how to pay.
Your order is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you. We may decline or change an order request, for example if an item is out of stock, and we will tell you if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Uganda Shillings (UGX). We try to keep them accurate, but prices can change. The price confirmed with you when we confirm your order is the price you pay.
Some items, such as wedding rings, are shown as "Price on request". We will give you the current price when you ask.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard. We will send payment instructions when we confirm your order. CPH staff will never ask for your PIN or full card details by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Delivery and collection
You can collect your order or choose a delivery region at checkout. Delivery charges shown at checkout are estimates; we confirm the final delivery cost with you before you pay.
Delivery times depend on your location and on stock, and we will give you an estimate when we confirm your order.
Deliveries outside Uganda are arranged individually.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible, with your order number and a photo if you can, and we will work with you to put it right. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of Uganda.
Accounts
Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the site.
Book reviews
Reviews should be honest, relevant to the book, and respectful. Please do not post personal details, offensive content, or advertising.
Every review is checked by our team before it appears. We may decline or remove reviews that do not follow these rules.
By submitting a review, you allow us to show it, with the name you give, on our website.
Manuscript submissions
You keep the copyright in any manuscript you send us.
Sending a manuscript does not mean we will publish it. We will contact you if we would like to take it further, and any publishing agreement will be made separately in writing.
Please only send work you have the right to share.

The text, design, and images on this website belong to Centenary Publishing House or to their respective owners, and the publications listed remain the property of their copyright holders. You may view and share pages for personal or church use, but you may not copy, republish, or sell content from this site without our written permission.
